Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and promote our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Providing customers with our organization's service standards, ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds their expectations
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team and the company

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
  • Some experience with MS Excel a plus, but not required
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
