About the Role: Customer Service Advocate

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as payment determinations, claims, and medical and dental procedures
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, taking ownership of their problems and working to resolve them on the first contact whenever possible
  • Advocating for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and benefits to our members

What You Bring: Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you will need:
