Job Summary

As a Remote Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Research Panelist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that require strong administrative, data entry, and research skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our team members, clients, and stakeholders, and for contributing to the success of our organization through your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

  • Conduct research and gather data for various projects and studies
  • Participate in online surveys and focus groups to provide valuable feedback on products and services
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders through email, phone, and video conferencing
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry, research, and administration

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, psychology) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance, data entry, customer service, or sales
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and technologies
