The Role

As a Remote Chat Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via chat and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
  • Respond to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from the company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless customer engagement and conversion
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join our Facebook Group and connect with mentors who will guide and support you in your role
