Experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist – Part-Time Remote Opportunity at blithequark

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and compliance with our brand's marketing and advertising standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review and manage the client commitment unified legal and security line, reporting new checking processes and overseeing situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to guarantee consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations.

A Day in the Life...

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from supporting the execution of our Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) legal and security review lines to aiding new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing. You will also be responsible for overseeing external data sharing inspections and oversight, crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the execution of the DPEP legal and security review lines

• Support the CE Marketing Consistency Legal, Protection Lawful, Information Administration work process
• Aid new and renewal contract surveys - MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
• Oversee external data sharing inspections and oversight: crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants
• Collaborate with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, reporting new checking processes
• Oversee situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to guarantee consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future things

* Fundamental Capabilities: + Ability to assist partners and projects on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills + Excellent communication skills, including process streams and documentation + Ability to arrange and focus on multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight + Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints

• Required Training:

+ To be eligible for this part-time remote opportunity, you should be a senior late graduate (within at least six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Four-year degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Theory, Pre-Law, or a related field

• Additional Information:

+ Should be enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the part-time remote program OR have graduated from a school/college in at least six months OR currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position + Should not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney part-time remote job or program + Should have unrestricted work authorization + Should have the ability to have a predictable, reliable schedule for work throughout the meeting + Should have reliable transportation to/from work
