Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues or concerns

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including service level goals and quality metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, adhering to them at all times to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications, including CRM systems and email clients
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
