Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support Team, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to our store partners and customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from store partners and customers in a timely and professional manner

• Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
• Document customer interactions and update records as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
