Job Summary

We're seeking a self-motivated and flexible Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you'll provide world-class customer experiences to our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions about our policies. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer experiences through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions about our policies

• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma

• Designated space and internet capability to work from home
• Ability to pass a background check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
