Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and fostering a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in handling high call volumes will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

• Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
• Maintain our customer database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians, as required
• Route technicians based on location, optimizing efficiency and response times
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team, promoting collaboration and open communication

Position Schedule

The position schedule is as follows:

• Wednesday: Work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous call center experience of at least 1 year, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high call volumes, remaining calm and composed under pressure
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within the dispatch team, to achieve common goals
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with a strong understanding of the local area
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan), with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

To work remotely, you will need to provide the following:

• High-speed internet, with a reliable and stable connection
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise, free from distractions and interruptions
