Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers via phone and text, 3 days a week, with flexible days. As a key member of our team, you'll manage a moderate call volume, respond to guest reviews, schedule crew shifts, and monitor our group chat during peak hours. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
  • Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
  • Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
  • Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications
