Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and messages. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customer concerns
  • Oversee and determine customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and schedules
  • Recognize and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations
  • Screen flights, verify customer information, and make necessary changes to customer reservations

Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and managers
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Stress resistance and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Conscientious and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and other non-traditional hours as required by the Call Center schedule
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms and conditions of our company's Agreement of Carriage
  • Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by our company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
