Job Overview

As a Customer Support Associate – Work from Home, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers

  • Adapt to a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and communication. The essential requirements for this role include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
  • Webcam and internet access
  • Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary of $10.00 per hour. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • 401(k) plan after 90-day probationary period
  • PTO after 6 months of employment
