Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Maintaining a high level of focus and productivity, with minimal distractions
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email, as needed
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy standards, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless data entry and customer service processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer
  • Be proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a strong command of basic English written and spoken language
  • Be able to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Be willing to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively with our team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, or retail fields
