Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager – Remote Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, using tools like Zoom and other platforms
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings to discuss product and service offerings, identify up-sell opportunities, and deliver customer renewals
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to drive business growth
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • US or Canadian citizenship (required)
  • Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and Zoom (preferred but not required)
