Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and timely valuations for customer goods, taking into account factors such as desired profit margins, postage costs, and market trends
  • Issuing postage labels and ensuring customers receive their payments promptly
  • Listing goods on eBay, where capacity allows
  • Responding to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance

Initial Training and Onboarding

As a new Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. The initial training will be conducted over two days, on a weekend that suits you, and will cover all aspects of the job, including:

  • Understanding blithequark's business operations and customer service standards
  • Learning our proprietary valuation tools and processes
  • Developing effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarizing yourself with our internal systems and software

Availability and Work Schedule

As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you'll be expected to be available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm UK time. You'll have the flexibility to take breaks in between these times, but we do require you to be available during core hours to ensure seamless customer service.
