Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Analyst to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business success. You will work closely with our IT Monetary Administration application team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data stores to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues across multiple systems and applications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong background in Java, SQL, and data analysis tools and technologies
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
