Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a vital role at blithequark, responsible for receiving inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. As a key member of our team, you will categorize all calls received, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and perform other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures to provide accurate and effective support to clients
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills to interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Record and categorize all calls received, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or related field
  • Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Spanish are essential requirements for this role
  • Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and smartphone for user authentication
