Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced CDL A Company Drivers to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CDL A Company Driver Home Weekends, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the country while enjoying the benefits of guaranteed weekly home time. Key Responsibilities:

* Haul freight across the country in a safe and efficient manner * Meet or exceed customer service expectations * Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections * Maintain accurate records and logs * Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members * Meet or exceed productivity and safety standards

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum 23 years of age * Minimum verifiable 24 months tractor trailer driving experience in the past 36 months * No more than 2 DOT-reportable accidents in past 36 months * No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months in CMV or personal vehicle * No violation in the past 36 months (as defined in Section 383.51 FMCSR) in CMV or personal vehicle * No DUI/DWI/Implied Consent/controlled substance-related violation in the past 60 months * Overall safe driving record and stable work history * Roadside Inspection Violations reviewed case-by-case * Felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed case-by-case

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience with regional trucking or dedicated routes * Knowledge of the region and ability to navigate efficiently * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic logging devices
