Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities
  • Closing deals with clients to provide them with our staffing services, focusing on CNAs and Nurses
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure the smooth onboarding and placement of staff
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a healthcare staffing agency
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets in the healthcare staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing market and client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, either as a healthcare professional or in a sales role
  • Knowledge of the healthcare staffing market and trends
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
