Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in the West Georgia region. As a hybrid remote BCBA, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments and re-assessments, providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), developing and overseeing behavior plans, and providing parent training.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and re-assessments for new and existing cases
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs on your caseload
- Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior plans
- Provide parent training to ensure behavior plan is being implemented as suggested
- Review data collection and provide feedback to RBTs
- Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in monthly workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA
Requirements
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Must reside in Georgia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with ABA software and technology
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ABA software and technology
- Experience providing supervision and guidance to RBTs
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
