Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud Architect to lead system architecture, design patterns, and interface development for a high-profile government project in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading system architecture, interfaces, design patterns, and analysis of alternative approaches and tools
- Collaborating with GPOCs (Government Point of Contacts) on architecture decisions and planning
- Overseeing interface specs, standards, and quality of deliverables
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks
- Mentoring developers and testers to ensure successful project delivery
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS and containerized microservices
- Develop and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and design patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Analyze and recommend alternative approaches and tools to meet project requirements
- Interface with GPOCs on architecture decisions and planning
- Oversee interface specs, standards, and quality of deliverables
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success
- Mentor developers and testers to ensure successful project delivery
Essential Qualifications
* Master's degree in a specialized field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) plus 5 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree in a specialized field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) plus 10 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 15 years of specialized experience
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, design patterns, and interface development
- Strong understanding of AWS and containerized microservices
- Experience mentoring teams, including developers and testers
- Secret clearance required for this role

* Experience working on government projects with a Secret clearance
