Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager on our Search team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our web search and e-commerce product vision. This will involve working closely with cross-functional partners, including engineers, data scientists, and senior leaders from other functional areas, to develop and execute product strategies that drive business results. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing short- and long-term product plans and roadmaps that align with our business objectives
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and prioritize product requirements and features
• Conducting business case analysis and translating business and customer needs into product requirements and design specifications
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, product managers, and engineers
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time
• Analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive business results
• Developing and maintaining a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce and web search
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

• Experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on developing and executing product strategies
• Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
