The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing personalized advice and solutions to meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a self-starter, you'll be comfortable using technology, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and able to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not essential – we're happy to provide training for the right candidate with the right attitude.
