Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to create raving fans for blithequark every single day.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize live chat, phone, and email to communicate with customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to create new ideas for the benefit of the company
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with live chat, phone, and email customer service
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days
  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)
