Join Our Team
As a Customer Advisor at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service team, providing sincere and genuinely helpful service to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with order processing issues, and you'll play a critical role in resolving these issues efficiently and effectively. Our goal is clear: do right by our people, and we're committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues.
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities.
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail.
- Learning the roles and parts of our different departments and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (we're open to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn).
- Bilingualism (English & French) with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
- Solid computer skills/experience, with excellent online research skills.
- No Powersports knowledge required (we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share!).
- Strong drive for progression: we want you to succeed, and we'll provide you with access to online learning modules to help you grow professionally.
- Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required.

* Competitive starting salary of $18/hour, increasing to $20.75/hour once training is successfully completed.
