Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout your interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's products and services
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
  • A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Schedule and Location

* This is a work-from-home position with flexible shifts available: + Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

  • Must be able to work from your primary residence located in an blithequark service area
