What You'll Do:

As a key member of our remote support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with subscribers on the blithequark platform as a live chat assistant, providing timely and personalized responses to their inquiries.
  • Sharing relevant content links, providing information on subscriptions, and extending special offers or discounts to enhance user experience and support creator growth.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective chat support strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure seamless support delivery.

Contract Length:

Open-ended contract to offer you flexibility and the opportunity to grow with our team.

Rate:

$35 per hour, competitive pay for your expertise and dedication.

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability and our business needs.

Requirements:

+ Must have a device with internet access for using social media and website chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). + Ability to work autonomously while adhering to given instructions and guidelines. + Commitment to at least 5 hours of work per week with a stable internet connection.

Location:

This is a remote online role, offering the freedom to work from anywhere, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
