Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, knowledge of industry-specific products and services, and certification in customer service or a related field are highly desirable.
