The Role

As a Virtual Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with clients and driving sales results. You'll work remotely, meeting with multiple qualified clients each day to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with our agents and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

* Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to ensure that goals are met in a timely fashion

  • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process to ensure that agents act quickly and efficiently
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers to expand our clientele and build our business
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service

Qualifications

* Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly
  • Dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken, with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Skills

* Sales experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technological proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the real estate industry, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales scripts and objection handling techniques
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the US
