Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Product Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required documentation
  • Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
  • Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities
  • Participating in private chat rooms or discussions with market research firms to provide feedback on the product being tested
  • Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
  • Curious spirit and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service, product testing, or a related field
