What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram. You'll be trained on how to handle various types of questions, from existing buyers seeking support with their purchases to potential customers asking sales-related questions. Your duties will include:

  • Logging in to our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries
  • Answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrating the ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle multiple incoming requests for information in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate responses
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • Device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and Live Chat software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services (training provided)
