Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Apron Design Specialist - Closets, your key responsibilities will include:

Sell (75%):

Helping to manage a positive customer experience and deliver the right product for the right price. This will involve: + Providing tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling and visual merchandising presentations that inspire our customers. + Qualifying new customers and designing and customizing projects using various configurators according to customer needs. + Creating quotes for new projects and obtaining payment. + Ensuring a consistent differentiated customer experience.

Customer Service (15%):

Answering store associate calls, leveraging product knowledge and training materials to help in-store associates work with customers on closet projects.

Other (10%):

Performing other duties as required by management.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

* Typically reports to Manager, Contact Center.

Travel Requirements

* Typically requires no travel.

Physical Requirements

* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about.

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be eighteen years of age or older.

• Consultative selling experience, ability to drive sales.
• 3+ years Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales or Trade Experience.
• Knowledge of how to configure designs in CAD type systems.
