About the Role

As a Vending Route Driver - Retail Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by loading, delivering, and merchandising a wide range of products, including soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, coffee products, cups, condiments, snack items, fresh food, and sundries. You'll also be responsible for replenishing market and vending items, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and collecting cash and coins. Key Responsibilities

* Load, deliver, and merchandise products to customer locations, ensuring that all products are displayed in a clean and organized manner * Replenish market and vending items, clean and sanitize equipment, and collect cash and coins * Rotate stock to ensure first-in and first-out product utilization in reach-in coolers, on shelves, coffee racks, and in vending machines * Assist with communication to customers of new products or services * Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays, and issue sales promotion materials to customers * Execute all company plan-o-grams and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 21 years old (DOT) and have a valid driver's license * Must be able to lift 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, and stoop on a frequent basis * Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check and a drug screen * Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or vending environment * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and coins

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
