Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based techniques, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure effective client outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based techniques, such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and chaining.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to foster positive behaviors and skills, as outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Accurately track and document client progress using electronic systems, such as data collection software and progress monitoring tools.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy, including workshops, webinars, and conferences.

Qualifications
To be successful as an Experienced Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience needed; full training provided, including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification course.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
- Willingness to complete the free RBT certification course and ongoing training and professional development.
