Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing inventory, including scanning and verifying product information
• Selecting, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring accurate and secure transportation
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality meets our high standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or warehouse environment; experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) and navigate stairs (where applicable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication

Preferred Qualifications
