Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience in an office setting

Schedule and Pay

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Pay is up to $16.18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
