Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to customers via telephone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate customer records

About You

  • Prior customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Easy to work with, accepting feedback well, and demonstrating empathy effectively
  • Self-directed, able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications
