Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maximizing every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products, while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
  • Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills and providing tailored solutions
  • Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics

Preferred Skills

While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, we are particularly interested in individuals with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience supporting luxury brand products and services, as well as home appliances
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of a High School diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, as well as supporting consumer products and/or services
