The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inbound customer calls, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. Your day will be filled with a high volume of customer inquiries, and you will be responsible for problem-solving, de-escalating unique situations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Personalize the experience for each caller, providing tailored support and solutions to meet their needs
  • Answer incoming calls, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Report to an assigned Supervisor and work collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Work a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling
  • Bilingual Specialist opportunities available for those fluent in Spanish and English

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting rate of $15.00 per hour

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Residence in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience working in a virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, our remote team members must meet the following system requirements:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training Schedule

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. The training schedule includes:

  • Paid training period, with attendance and participation required
  • First day of training on a Thursday for Tech Set Up
  • Orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
  • Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
