• Marketing Strategy Optimization: Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention, and ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis Support: Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to help drive the business forward and deliver significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and experience in R or Python.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Independence and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
