About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients and customers. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new team members, including business lead and call monitoring, equipment setup, and access support
  • Managing the contract signature process, including reviewing and approving contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling travel plans, preparing and coordinating meetings, and managing expense reports
  • Overseeing schedule activities, coordinating conferences, and making essential arrangements, including technical operations, catering, and meeting materials
  • Supporting key HR reporting and complex presentations
  • Offering additional support to senior leaders on managerial tasks and projects
  • Managing reviews and service framework access for channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • Managerial support experience in a large organization
  • Experience working with senior leaders, including developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong relational, relationship-building, and networking skills to build and maintain powerful professional connections across all regions of the organization
  • Hierarchical skills, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
  • Excellent communication skills, solid relationship-building, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a unique and dynamic environment
  • High level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cultures
