Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to patients and physicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely follow-through on requests requiring extensive research and response. If you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond professionally to inbound service requests from patients and physicians

  • Provide accurate information and timely follow-through on requests requiring extensive research and response
  • Maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians
  • Work in a fast-paced, structured environment with established standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision
  • Type with speed and accuracy, with familiarity/working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mastery not required)
  • Prior experience with various call center solutions is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

  • At least one year of prior customer service experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and prior experience where two years' experience equals one year of schooling may be used for education requirement
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice
  • Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage objectives with ease

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience with various call center solutions

  • Foreign language fluency is a plus
  • Familiarity/working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mastery not required)
