Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for interacting with clients through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. This is an entry-level position, and we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound client requests promptly and efficiently

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Assist clients with navigating online portals and tools
