Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark policies, procedures, and services

Required Skills and Qualifications
