Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer care through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
  • Provide product and service information to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of blithequark's offerings
  • Continuously develop and improve key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
  • Comply with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training and development opportunities available
