Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Provider Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a seasonal project focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform outreach efforts
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to achieve daily goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
  • Participate in projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and receiving supervision as needed

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with ease

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer-centricity
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
