Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to our clients via live chat, handling everything from order processing to customer complaints
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and providing accurate information to clients
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all client interactions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • 5+ hours availability per week
