Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team remotely. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by blithequark. You will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, analyzing issues and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Utilize internal systems and tools to manage and track files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's filing processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus, but not required.
  • Tech experience is strongly preferred, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of filing processes and procedures.
