Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing age-appropriate routines, including homework, reading, and outdoor play
• Transporting children to and from school, after-school activities, and other appointments as needed
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks, and encouraging good eating habits
• Assisting with online learning, homework, and projects, and providing support and guidance when needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, including light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Establishing and maintaining bedtime and morning routines, and ensuring children get enough rest and exercise
• Following COVID safety measures and practicing social distancing when appropriate
• Building strong, positive relationships with our children, and providing emotional support and guidance when needed

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid phone number and be available for regular communication
• Be able to pass a regular background check
• Have a legitimate Social Security Number
• Be pleasant, authentic, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for working with children

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working as a babysitter or in a related field, such as teaching or childcare
• A degree in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field
• CPR and first aid certification
