We're now seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Telephone Operator to join our team, providing virtual reception services to our clients in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls for law offices and businesses with a polite and professional demeanor
  • Provide exceptional customer service to callers by taking messages and relaying them to the relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple calls and messages simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all callers receive a prompt response
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and messages, using our proprietary software to log and track interactions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Remote Telephone Operator with Workwarp, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Typing speed: 45 WPM or higher
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with callers and colleagues
  • Oral and written communication skills: Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Reading skills: Ability to read and comprehend complex information, including caller messages and client instructions
  • Customer relations and service: Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting caller needs
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging or high-pressure situations
  • Organization and time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls and messages, and meet productivity standards
  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in using computer software and hardware, including our proprietary system
  • Telephone etiquette: Knowledge of best practices for handling incoming calls, including greeting callers, taking messages, and resolving issues

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, either verbally or in writing
  • Previous call center experience: Experience working in a call center or similar environment, handling incoming calls and providing customer service
